Companies that adresses are not included in STARFACE adress book or in the installed CRM system, can be searched and displayed by integrating a klickTel server.

With the inverse search function provided by the klickTel Server, a caller’s number will be matched automatically with the corresponding company record. The company name and phone number show up on the phone display as well as in the STARFACE Call Manager.

In addition, the company name and phone number appear in the STARFACE call list.
A missed phone call can be handled quickly – since the name of the prospect is already known, employees can immediately call back.
